What therapy sessions look like

In a comfortable, pleasant, and safe atmosphere, our clients bring up their concerns and issues. As counselor, consultant, or coach, we listen deeply and proactively and avoid either passivity or over-responsibility in our assistance. Confidentiality is respected.

Together, we seek understanding and wisdom for decisions and problem solving. Sessions may vary in length and frequency according to client needs and may also be by telephone. In contrast to some medical treatment, your full participation in an alliance with that of your provider or consultant is encouraged and results in the best outcomes.
